When will you ship my items?
The order processing time is 1-3 workdays.
What is the delivery time?
We ship from multiple international warehouses located in the USA, the Netherlands and Asia. So the exact delivery time depends on where the product is shipped from.
But these are average delivery times:
USA (with USPS) & Europe: 2 - 3 weeks
Worldwide: 3 - 5 weeks
How much are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $35.
Below $35 we charge $5.99 for insured worldwide shipping.
How can I get my tracking number?
All orders have a track & trace link, please e-mail your order number to contact us to receive your personal track & trace link.
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
If you ordered different items in 1 order, it could be that your items will be delivered in separate deliveries as we have different warehouses. So don't worry if you receive only a part of your order, the rest will be delivered later.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee - which means we will refund your money if the product is not as described on the item page and/or broken within 14 days after delivery.
In order to apply for a refund, please e-mail a photo/video of the issue to contact us and we will help you.

We ship from multiple international warehouses located in the USA, the Netherlands and Asia.
Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
